José Reyes is a Dominican professional baseball player, and dembow musician. An infielder, he played notably at shortstop, for the New York Mets, the Miami Marlins, the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB).

He is married to Katherine Ramirez, with whom he has four children. He became a U.S. citizen in 2018.
