Penelope’s paternal grandfather was Jeffrey Disick (the son of David M. Disick and Shirley E. Krasnoff). David was born in New York, to Russian Jewish parents, Elias Disick/Dizick, from Odessa, and Mollie/Melia Nejinsky. He developed luxury properties. Shirley was also the daughter of Russian Jewish parents, Irving/Perry Krasnoff and Minnie/Marsha F. Odsess.

Penelope’s paternal grandmother was named Bonnie Ann Fluellen (the daughter of Frederick Fluellen, Jr. and Regina A.). Frederick was born in New York, to English parents, Frederick A. Fluellen and Evelyn/Evylyn L. Winn.
