Penelope’s paternal grandfather was Jeffrey Disick (the son of David Disick and Shirley Krasnoff). David was born in New York, to Russian Jewish parents, Elias Disick and Mollie/Melia Nejinsky. Shirley was also of Russian Jewish descent, the daughter of Irving Krasnoff and Minnie Odsess.

Penelope’s paternal grandmother was named Bonnie Ann Waldman (the daughter of Regina A.).

Penelope’s maternal grandfather was Robert Kardashian, a lawyer (the son of Arthur Thomas Kardashian and Helen Jean Arakelian). Robert was born in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California.
