Nah she looks fine guys, and she must have other european ethnicities, more likely German and scandinavian.
Obviously if you go prior to 1500 everyone in British Isles have continental European ancestry. You can find many Dutch, French, German, Italian, Scandinavian, Alpine, etc surnames floating in UK in its anglicised or original form.
Alpine isn’t a nationality but a race.
