Jerry Nadler is an American attorney and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he has served as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from New York, since November 3, 1992, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, from January 3, 2019 to January 3, 2023, and Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, since January 3, 2023. He is also known as Jerrold Nadler.

He is married to Joyce Miller, and has a son.
