Show me you information stating Cusack is an used in Poland Czechoslovakia or even Yugoslavia because it is not an Eastern European name but Irish.
Wiki says Cusack is a Irish family name of Norman origin originally Cussac of France.The surname died out in England but is now most common in Ireland where it was imported by the Norman invasion of Ireland in the 12th century it dont say anything about Eastern Europe and sound nothing like any Polish or Eastern surname i have heard.I would love the information about it being an Eastern European name to prove me wrong and ease my mind.
