The American rapper is of Dominican and African American descent. Juelz’ brother, Twin was quoted in an interview on Latinrapper.com saying he and his brother Juelz are half Dominican. Santana is associated with artists such as Jim Jones and Lil Wayne.

Santana made headlines on August 25th, 2009, as he was accused of making death threats to his wife. He was arrested as a result of the alleged offense.

I am of Dominican decent mother and father, and I was born in the United States, and i’ve heard so many different backgrounds for Juelz but if he’s Dominican thats cool he sure is cute… Definitely #PAPI CHULO STATUS!

Its believable most latinos and latinas come in different shades of color,but because of the media portraying that black is well…black no one wont be able to recognize that.
