Juelz Santana is an American rapper and actor. He is a member of East Coast hip hop collective The Diplomats, also known as Dipset, along with Cam’ron and Jim Jones. He is also associated with Lil Wayne.
Juelz was raised in Harlem. While he is sometimes described as being of half Dominican Republic and half African-American ancestry, he has clarified that he is not actually of Dominican descent. His godmother was Dominican, and Juelz took his stage first name from her nickname for him, “JuJu,” combined with his name LaRon.
He is married to urban model and video vixen Kimbella Vanderhee. He has a son from a previous relationship; and three children with Kimbella.
