Maxwell Frost, full name Maxwell Alejandro Frost, is an American politician, and activist. A member of the Democratic Party, he has been a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Florida, since January 3, 2023. He was national organizing director for March for Our Lives.

His biological father is Haitian. His biological mother is of Lebanese and Argentinian ancestry. Maxwell was adopted by Patrick Frost and Maritza Argibay-Frost. Patrick is white, from Kansas, and is a musician. Maritza is from Cuba, and had come to the U.S. with the Freedom Flights; she is a special education teacher. Maritza’s mother was named Zenaida. Maxwell is considered the first Gen Z congressman.
