Matt Prokop is an American actor. He has had leading roles in the films High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008) and Furry Vengeance (2010) and television’s Geek Charming (2011).

Matt’s paternal grandfather was Jerry Godfrey Prokop (the son of Godfrey Prokop and Frances/Francis Opela). Jerry was born in Texas. Matt’s great-grandfather Godfrey was a Bohemian Czech. Francis’s parents also emigrated from Bohemia.

Matt’s paternal grandmother was Linda Carol Griffith (the daughter of Paul Warren Griffith and Agnes Lucille Bezdek). Linda was born in Texas. Paul was the son of Cloud William Griffith and Ethel Chester. Agnes’s parents, Rudolph Bezdek and Anna/Annie Perdock, were Moravian Czech.
