Jock Mahoney was an American actor and stuntperson. He starred in the series The Range Rider and Yancy Derringer, and played Tarzan in two feature films. He was also known as Jack O’Mahoney and Jock O’Mahoney.

Jock was the son of Ruth Eugenia and Charles J. O’Mahoney/Mahoney. He was raised in Davenport, Iowa. Jock was married to Autumn Russell, until his death. He had two children with his former wife Lorraine O’Donnell, and a daughter, assistant director Princess O’Mahoney, with his former wife, actress Margaret Field. Margaret was the mother of actress Sally Field.

Jock’s paternal grandfather was John J. Mahoney (the son of Patrick Mahoney and Catherine Doyle). John was born in Davenport, Iowa, to Irish parents.

Jock’s paternal grandmother was Bertha C. Thoeming (the daughter of Charles Thoeming and Margaretha/Margaret T. Stoltenberg). Betha was born in Davenport, Iowa. Charles was born in Slesvig, Denmark, the son of German parents, William Thoeming and Mary Minnie. Margaretha was a German emigrant, from Barsbek, Schleswig-Holstein, the daughter of Joachim Stoltenberg and Wolber Roehlk.

Jock’s maternal grandfather was named Lawrence/Lew A. Miller. Lawrence was born in Kansas.

Jock’s maternal grandmother was Lulu Thompson (the daughter of William Paul Thompson and Hellen Blacklock). Lulu was born in Kansas. William was born in Vermont. Hellen was born in New York, the daughter of F. Blacklock.
