Jeffrey Katzenberg is an American businessperson, film studio executive, and film producer.

Jeffrey is the son of Anne (Stern) and E. Walter Katzenberg. His family is Jewish. Jeffrey is married to teacher Marilyn Siegel, with whom he has two children.

Jeffrey is one of the founders of the studio DreamWorks SKG, along with David Geffen and Steven Spielberg.

Jeffrey’s paternal grandfather was Berny/Burney/Berney B. Katzenberg (the son of Meyer C. Katzenberg). Berny was born in Maryland, to a father from Germany and a mother from Maryland.

Jeffrey’s paternal grandmother was Selma Heyn (the daughter of Herman Heyn and Matilda West). Selma was born in Indiana, to parents from Germany. Matilda was the daughter of Aaron Westheimer and Nanette Rosenthal.

Jeffrey’s maternal grandfather was named Carl J. Stern. Carl was born in Austria.
