Liam is the son of Karen J. (Harris) and Geoffrey R. Payne. All of his great-grandfathers worked on the railways. Liam has a son with his former partner, television personality, musician, singer, and dancer Cheryl.
Liam’s patrilineal line appears to trace back to George Wade Josiah Payne, who was born, c. 1799, in Lambeth, London.

Sure he may be Jewish, but he said he’s uncircumcised. And Jews aren’t the only whites with dark eyes and full lips.
Maybe he isn’t so out on his ethnicity/background fully so we don’t know yet.
Clooney, Connery and Rowan Atkinson are darker than him and yet are purely British/Irish as the sources say. So if they’re ‘purely’ British, then I’m sure he is too – some Brits can have dark eyes and dark hair without being of other ancestries.

I know there are British, non-Jewish, people, that are far darker than Liam Payne. My point is you can’t tell what Liam’s genealogy is by looking at Rowan Atkinson’s, unless they are related.
No he is 100% English through and through he maybe have some Italian blood some English people have Italian blood the Romans were in Britain for nearly 400 years he could also have Irish blood and Welsh blood even though English people are mongrels there is still English people around that are pure English.
So are you saying that because he has more olive skin and brown eyes he has to have Irish or Welsh blood? He apparently is fully English.
it’s this false assumption that all English are ‘Anglo Saxons’ and hence must be blonde and also different from the darker Celtic peoples. Not all Saxons were blonde and many Englishmen, esp. in the west, will be descended from celtic peoples.
