Kris Humphries is an American professional basketball player. He played for the Utah Jazz, the Toronto Raptors, the Dallas Mavericks, the New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets, the Boston Celtics, the Washington Wizards, the Phoenix Suns, and the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is 6′9″.
Kris is the son of Debra Jean (Lemke) and William Duane Humphries. His father is African-American. Kris also stated on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that his father’s grandmother was of Irish descent. Kris’s mother, who is white, is of German descent.
Kris’s maternal grandfather was Donald John “Don” Lemke (the son of Herbert August Wilhelm Lemke and Wilhelmina A. “Minnie” Weise). Donald was born in Minnesota. Herbert was the son of August Ferdinand Franz Lemke and Minna Bertha Rosalina Radtke. Wilhelmina was the daughter of Paul George August Weise and Augusta Kuhlmann.
Kris’s maternal grandmother is Darlene A. “Donna” Willemsen (the daughter of Otto W. Willemsen and Magdalena A. “Lena” Feltmann). Darlene was born in Minnesota. Otto was born in Minnesota, the son of German parents, Jacob Hubert Willemsen/Willmsen/Wilmsen/Willmschen, from Vynen, Rhineland, and Hermina/Hermine “Minnie” Meinhart/Maynard. Magdalena was the daughter of Arnold Feltmann and Anna Heimkes.

let me just start off by saying it’s disgusting reading some of these comments some ppl wrote I’m puerto rican and my race for the most part have a mixture of different races. we have everything from blonds to brunettes, dark skin and light skins even different color eyes so the way figured it I come from ppl who generally enjoy mixing not every puerto rican does but most of us do so I don’t really get this black and white feud to begin with it’s ridiculous every woman has the same lady parts and every man has the same male parts so why ppl put down other races? every race has something unique to them and if we were all the same life would be boring as hell I find all nationalities attractive black or white who cares I love men period ur all beautiful to me
DNA results show that average African-Americans are almost 1/4 white. Kris’s dad William WAY more than that — he has light eyes (that’s a recessive white trait, so William is part white from *both* his mom’s side & his dad’s side). William also has light skin. Kris is probably 3/4 white…
I totally agree with you. DNA study will show he’s predominately white, Though 1/4 Black I personally still consider a lot. Kris and Kim’s kid could still come out black looking, It’s rare but DEFINITELY possible at only 1/8
William Humphries (the father of Kris) is most likely 1/4 black. He has blue eyes and tan skin ! My guess is that Kris is 1/8 black. He barely looks black, if at all. You won’t be able to even tell their his children to Kim will be black.

There is no such thing in the United States of America of whites being considered mix. Italian, Polish, Irish, Jewish, German, Spaniards (spain) Greek, French etc. Any of those European/Mediterranean are considered white in this country.
