but actually there is a chance that people from puerto rico, brazil or dominican republic do have arab descent

The average Moroccan is 15-25% Sub-Saharan African.
The average Dominican is 60% European, 40% Sub-Saharan African.

he is not an “average” Dominican (triracial mulatto). He could have some recent MENA ancestry. I also saw Egyptians with his look.

Actually he looks like the average Dominican you must have not been to New York or the Dominican Republic, his look is so common people find it basic,
