Edward’s maternal grandparents are both of Mexican descent. The surname Furlong was that of Edward’s maternal step-grandfather. The identity of Edward’s biological father does not appear to be publicly known. Edward has said that he is “half Mexican, part Russian, and just American.”
Edward has a son with his former wife, actress Rachael Bella.
Edward’s maternal grandfather was named Florentino/Florenti G. Tafoya (whose parents’ surnames were Tafoya and Chavez). Florentino was born in Arizona.
Edward’s maternal grandmother was Nancy Ann Trigueros (the daughter of Rosalio R. Trigueros and Eleanor Hernandez). Nancy was born in California. Rosalio was the son of Guadalupe Trigueros and Marcelina Rodriguez. Eleanor was the daughter of Bernardo Hernandez and Albina Maldonado.

He doesnt look anglo, more like a typical eastern european “slavic” man. He could easily have been a russian skinhead/hooligan in “American history X”
Spaniards are actually the lightest Southern Europeans and don’t differ much from the French (and I don’t think you can get more ‘average european looking’ than a French person, ow whatever that means). If he was just a Spanish/Russian mix he would look very Central or Northern European. His dark features are probably due to the Native genes most Mexicans have.

What are you talking about? Why do you think he has something non-white in him? His mother is probably of pure spanish descent.
I highly doubt his mom is just Spanish, he has Native American traits.
I thought he had some hispanic. Good actor.
