Priscilla Shirer is an American author, motivational speaker, actress, Christian media personality, and evangelist.

She is the daughter of Lois (Cannings) and Tony Evans (Anthony Tyrone Evans), a Christian pastor, speaker, author, and syndicated radio and television broadcaster. Her father is senior pastor to the over-9,500-member Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas. She is the sister of Christian singer and songwriter Anthony Evans and professional football player Jonathan Evans. Priscilla is married to hotel executive Jerry Shirer, with whom she has three children. Priscilla and her husband founded Going Beyond Ministries.
