Christopher George was an American television and film actor. He was known for starring on the series The Rat Patrol.

He was the son of Greek immigrants, Vaseleke (Vassiliki) Nicolas George (Greek: Βασιλική Γεωργίου) and John George (Greek: Ιωάννης Γεωργίου), a traveling salesman. His father was born in Sterea Ellada. His mother was born in Athens. He was raised partly in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, and Miami, Florida, among other cities. He attended Greek school as well as regular.

Christopher was married to actress Lynda Day George, until his death, with whom he had two children.
