Kelly is the daughter of Beverly J. (Petrotch) and Leland L. “Lee” Blanding, III.

Kelly’s paternal grandfather was Leland L. Blanding, II (the son of Leland Lavell/Lovell Blanding and Sarah Agnes Drasher). Kelly’s great-grandfather Leland was the son of Lavelle M.
