Emppu Vuorinen is a Finnish guitarist. He is a founding member of and songwriter for symphonic metal band Nightwish. Other members of the band include/have included Troy Donockley, Marko Hietala, Tuomas Holopainen, Floor Jansen, Jukka Nevalainen, Anette Olzon, Tarja Turunen, and Sami Vänskä. He has also been a member of hard rock band Brother Firetribe and heavy metal bands Almah and Altaria.
