He has played with the San Francisco 49ers, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Dallas Cowboys, the Buffalo Bills, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Allen Wranglers, the Seattle Seahawks, the FCF Zappers, and the Knights of Degen. He is known as T.O.

Terrell is the son of Marilyn Heard and LC Russell. His parents were neighbors, and he discovered his biological father’s identity when he was ten. He has four children, including a daughter, Kylee, who has played college volleyball. Terrell is a Christian.

Terrell’s maternal grandmother was Alice “Zean” Owens (the daughter of Ulysses S. Owens and Maggie White). Alice was born in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
