ra.fael~I’m sorry to say but your an idiot!! Your comment was so discriminating. My husband is full Puerto Rican, born & raised in Brooklyn NY. He comes form a VERY large family & they all speak Spanish & English. I had never been to NY before we met & i learned that about 95% of Puerto Ricans up there speak Spanish the majority of the time. They dont really ever speak english unless they go out of the Borrows.
