Ringo Starr is an English singer, songwriter, drummer, and actor. He was a member of rock band The Beatles, along with George Harrison, John Lennon, and Paul McCartney. Ringo was a drummer for the band. He has also been a member of supergroup Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band, with Colin Hay, Steve Lukather, and Joe Walsh.
Ringo is the son of Elsie (Gleave) and Richard Starkey. He is married to American actress and model Barbara Bach. He has three children with his former wife, late hairdresser Maureen Starkey Tigrett.
Ringo’s paternal grandfather was named John Alfred/John George Parkin Starkey (the son of Henry Parkin Starkey and Annie).

He also certainly has Irish ethnicity through his grandmother Mary Kate Conroy,as that is an Irish surname.Cunningham can be Irish or Scottish,lots of them in Ireland.
Cunningham is very much a Scottish name. The Cunninghams in Ireland are either Scots descendants or there’s been a name change at some point.
Andrew Johnson and Mary Elizabeth Cunningham were both English. Ringo Starr has no (documented) Irish or Scottish ancestry.

“Cunningham” usually isn’t an English surname, is it?
Of course I’m not 100% sure, but the genealogy says that they, as well as their fathers at least, were born in Liverpool. Though, you are right in that “Cunningham” indicates Irish ancestry.
But this states that Andrew Johnson was born in Shetland, Scotland. Which genealogy is right?

Not it doesn’t, Cunningham indicates SCOTTISH ancestry.
The name, Cunningham, that is. Obviously Ringo has Irish blood through Irish Cunninghams, but the name itself is still Scottish in its origins, even if you had to go back a few hundred years (name changes/adoption aside).
He looks like Yasser Arafat.
