Franco Harris was an American professional football player. A running back, he spent his professional career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1990.

Franco was the son of Gina and Cadillac/Cad Harris. His father was from Bolton, Mississippi. His mother was born in Pietrasanta, Province of Lucca, Tuscany, Italy.
