Deborah Ann Woll is an American actress and model. She is known for starring on the series True Blood and Daredevil, and in the film Escape Room (2019).

She is married to E. J. Scott.

Deborah’s paternal grandfather was Richard F. Woll (the son of Hugh Cassilly Woll and Mary Stella C. Laurent). Hugh was the son of Joseph Edwin Woll, Sr., whose parents were German, and of Annie Louise Cassilly, whose parents were Irish. Mary was the daughter of Joseph Laurent, whose parents were German, and of Mary Emma, a German immigrant.

Deborah’s paternal grandmother was Dorrit Hortense Bock (the daughter of Lee Carl Bock and Dorrit Cox). Deborah’s grandmother Dorrit was born in Port Arthur, Texas. Lee was the son of Andrew James Bock, Jr., whose father and maternal grandparents were German, and of Adelena Elizabeth “Lena” Okeman/Ackerman, who was born in Singsby, Wasa, Finland, and was likely of Finland-Swedish ancestry. Deborah’s great-grandmother Dorrit was the daughter of John M. Cox and Daisy MacFarlane, and had deep roots in the U.S.

Deborah’s maternal grandfather was William Brooks Champney (the son of William Pomeroy Champney, Jr. and Ruth Jessie Slusser). Deborah’s grandfather William was born in Ohio, and had deep roots in the U.S. Deborah’s great-grandfather William was the son of William Pomeroy Champney, Sr. and Clara Frances Pitts. Ruth was the daughter of Harvey Holwick Slusser and Hannah Mary Brownback.

Deborah’s maternal grandmother was Betty Jane Crampton (the daughter of Paul Scott Crampton and Mary Runnels Fayram). Betty was born in Ohio. Paul was the son Benjamin Franklin Crampton and Emeline Woodbury Jenks, and had deep roots in the U.S. Mary was the daughter of Oswald Fayram, who was born in Canada, to English emigrants, from Rotherham, Yorkshire; and of Ida Botsford Runnels, whose father had deep roots in the U.S., and whose mother was Irish.
