I seriously doubt she 100% English. She appears to have some Asian or Native American.

She’s too dark and ethnic looking to be English. Yes, yes, not all Brits are blonde & blue eyed, blah blah…BUT they won’t have such strong “ethnic” features.
Kendall Jenner, Rose Byrney & Orlando Bloom are passable as English, but they’re at least fair skinned.
She looks Anglo-Indian. They would look like that. Heck, most light-skinned Indians from the north don’t look too different from her.
