Adriana Lima is a Brazilian model and actress. She was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 1999 to 2018. She has also worked for Maybelline cosmetics, clothing brand Desigual, the Beachwear collection of Italian brand Calzedonia, the ready-to-wear collection of Italian brand Sportmax, IWC, Puma, and Chopard. She has been the world’s second highest-paid model. She is 5′10″.
Adriana is the daughter of Maria das Graças Lima, a social worker, and Nelson Torres, a carpenter. She was raised in Castelo Branco, Salvador, by her mother. She stated on Fashion television that she is of Swiss, African, and Indigenous heritage. She has also said:

Her surname, Lima, is Portuguese. Brazil has a large Japanese community, established there since the early 1900s. Some sites say that Adriana also has French ancestry.
Adriana has two children with her former husband, Serbian professional basketball player Marko Jarić; and a son with her partner, film producer Andre Lemmers.

Adriana is Not part black in the same way that white Americans are. Lol She’s part black as in a modern day American mixed person. ie Alicia Keys. She’s actually stated she’s afro-Brazilian, meaning she most definitely has a substantial amount of “black” in her. If she was born in America, she would’ve been labeled as black.
My friend who is white here in america has blue yes , blond hair his mother grandmother was black his mother passed for white he showed me a picture of his black great grandmother and guess what he wanted to join the army but he wasn’t allowed because he has sickle cell anemia a black disease well not all black people has it , my point is because you look white doesn’t mean you are pure and if you look black doesn’t mean you are pure also.Many whites in america are also part black like adriana whites are in denial in america at least black americans are proud to be mixed.

Many White Americans can trace their lineage to Europe and have the facial features of a white person (no high-cheekbones from Africans or Native Americans which are a dominant trait). Yes, there are mixed people in America, but before 1967 when interacial marriage was made legal, that applied to 3% of the population. Now that’s increased. Many brazilians are of mixed race, i met some one from brazil she looked native american and she told me she is part african , white and native her african ancestors were from angola.
