Zlatan Ibrahimović is a Swedish professional footballer. He is considered one of the best players in the world. His father, Šefik Ibrahimović, born in Bijeljina, is a Bosniak (Bosnian Muslim). His mother, Jurka Gravić, born in the village of Prkos, near Škabrnja, in Croatia’s Zadar County, is a Croatian Catholic.

Zlatan grew up in Rosengård, a Malmö neighbourhood known for its immigrant communities. One of his first clubs was FBK Balkan. He is fluent in five languages. Zlatan has stated that he is a Catholic Christian.

Zlatan has two children with his partner Helena Seger.

Zlatan’s paternal grandparents were named Zećo Ibrahimović and Vasva Džinić.

Zlatan is said to have Albanian and/or Romani ancestry. It is not clear if there is evidence for these statements.

Rumours also circulate that he is part Roma (Gypsy) on his mothers side

He’s not. His mother doesn’t even look remotly Romany and she’s from a town that’s 100% Croatian.

Anyway, his paternal grandparents were Zećo (this is probably short for something, but that’s the version I found) Ibrahimović and Vasva Džinić.

He ,Mihajlovic and Quaresma are the most famous Gypsy football players .
He does look Romany , but actually there’s no standard look,in fact a lot of them don’t look like Indians.
Then I have to tell you , though people believe in this things , no town in Europe is 0% Romani, they are everywhere and also mixed with local people.
In Calabria ,it is not uncommon to be a non Gypsy but having Gypsy recent origin.

      Gypsies are Asian Indian ancestry.
