Dame Wendy Hiller was an English actress. She won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for Separate Tables (1958).

Wendy was the daughter of Marie and Frank Watkin Hiller, a cotton manufacturer. Her mother was born in Brewery House, Rhymney, Monmouthshire, Wales. She was married to dramatist Ronald Gow, until his death.
