Princess Beatrice of York is a member of the British royal family.

She is the first child of Prince Andrew, Duke of York (Andrew Albert Christian Edward) and Sarah, Duchess of York (born Sarah Margaret Ferguson). She is the fifth grandchild of Elizabeth II, who was Queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms, from 6 February, 1952 to 8 September, 2022, and of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Her sister is Princess Eugenie.

She is a niece of Charles III, who has been King of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms, since 8 September, 2022; and of his wife, Camilla, Queen consort of the United Kingdom. Her first cousins are William, Prince of Wales, the heir apparent to the British throne, and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex. Her first cousins, once removed, are Prince George of Wales and Prince Archie of Sussex.

She is married to British property developer, Count Edoardo Mapelli Mozziand, with whom she has a daughter. Edoardo is a member of an Italian noble family, and is of half Italian descent.

Princess Beatrice’s paternal grandfather was Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (the son of Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark and Princess Alice of Battenberg).
