Tiger Woods, also known simply as Tiger, is an American professional golfer. He is considered one of the greatest players of his generation.

Tiger’s father, Earl D. Woods (Earl Dennison Woods), an infantry officer, college baseball player, and writer, was born in Manhattan, Kansas, to African-American parents. Various family rumors have stated that Tiger’s father had Native American and/or Chinese ancestry. It is not clear if this ancestry has been verified/documented. Tiger’s father’s recent ancestors are all listed as “Black” on U.S. censuses.

Tiger’s mother was born Kultida Punsawad, and is from Thailand. Tiger’s maternal grandfather was Thai, and Tiger’s maternal grandmother had a Dutch father and a Chinese mother.

Tiger is a practicing Buddhist.

Tiger has two children with his former wife, Swedish model Elin Nordegren.

His niece, Cheyenne Woods, is also a professional golfer.

Tiger’s paternal grandfather was named Miles Woods (the son of Katherine “Kate” Hickman). Miles was born in Louisiana. Kate was the daughter of Henry Hickman and Elizabeth “Eliza.”

Tiger’s paternal grandmother was named Maude E. Carter (the daughter of Lewis/Louis Carter and Hattie). Maude was born in Kansas. Lewis was the son of Valentine Carter and Amanda.

Tiger’s maternal grandfather owned a tin mine in Thailand.

So he’s a douchebag….that’s not new news by any means….yes he is wannabe white but remember that the business he is in has many white guys who probably looked down on him. His life hasn’t been the happiest or most secure and he’s probably blaming most of his problems on the fact that he’s a dark minority. His children are beautiful though.

  3. moi says:

the joke is he was too quick to claim he was blasian

but 18 hoes later society saw him as a straight up n*****

odd how the media can just revoke your ethnicity like that

  5. Apokolypzx says:

Tiger is biracial- period. Mongoloid designates race of asian people, a pure race, like Negroid or African that was never watered down by the blood of another race. There no such thing a one eighth a race. No one sprinkled Tiger with Native American blood. More over all native Americans designate their actual clan ie ( cherokee, apache etc.) Tiger’s father was African American, his mother Asian. That simple.

that is simple. african american and asian.

you guys highlighting what people are…is only making them seem superior to a person who has one nationality one background etc. why not just say they are human beings and leave it at that…we are all equal n this obssession people have with race is making more people feel/seem superior to others im sick of mixed babies and women (particularly) being praised in the media…I am not saying that these mixed folks are not gorgeous and are not deserving to be showcased but while you guys are obsessing over these mixed folks…you are shunning people who not mixed (immediate family identify with one race)…this is ridiculous the more we focus on ourselves as being nothin more than human beings with feelings emotions and going through life the same way as everyone (surely some ppl struggle more than others), then the more this race thing will seem less relevant. ~my 2 sence

Whatttttt,LoL.I did read your post, sorry if I didn’t reply right away.Ok now I don’t want to make anyone look superior to anybody, that’s the last thing I would do.Now the mixed babies thing, that’s a losing battle. Now the only obsession I have is to stop others from looking at being part black as worst thing you can be.also denying all the great things they done, all these things are left out of history books, and never talked about,or if it is mention they try and say someone else did it.As far as everyone is concern blacks are nothing but slaves, and that how they have been raised to think. And I’m trying to stop that way of thinking. This is my only obsession. Now a person ethnicity is just interesting. No matter how much people deny it,we’re all connected, and as you say all human

          • MY 2 SENSE says:

I get what you are saying…and i am not saying that a person’s ethnicity is not interesting but i notice in the media that a female who is just black are not considered beautiful for the most part. Look at the music videos…the comercials most “ethic” women and children highlighted looks stereotypically mixed…that is light skin with the so called good hair n i say so called good hair because long and wavy does not necessarily mean you have good hair…good hair is healthy hair n the media has brainwashed people into believin if you dont have the long wavy hair, then you are not worth being even thought of as beautiful! n this we have to stop …black people need to start defining their own beauty n ignore people who try to tear them down…we on the same page i just feel that we tend to praise a multiracial person over a person whom parents are both black whether they have been generationally mixed or not… and example of this is india irie vs alicia keys…think about it.

          • MY 2 SENSE says:

I have to be against the “mixed” babies only praises…yes some of them are beautiful i am not denyin that…yes they deserve to be showcased…i am not sayin they dont deserve equal oppportunity…but as a black woman who will have black children in the future…whether they are mixed or not…i want them to kno that they are just as worthy as any other black or mixed children out there…n what i see now in the media does not reflect the beauty of black people…not just mixed n not just latina or white…they are beautiful black women and children out there…n we need to show that n appreciate that as well.

            To My 2 Sense

Again,I can’t deny anything you wrote.Oh this is for legal purposes( this is to anyone else reading this,I am in no way disrespecting mixed blooded people or their children),that would be like spitting in my own family faces.

            To my 2 sense

Hello, well this is a trip,I can’t deny anything you wrote.Your right on the money about t.v and videos etc,and the women they choose. However with men it’s different,it tends to be the light skin brother out in the cold.Back to the subject,I have notice it alot lately.I watch these kid shows with my niece, and I’ve seen how all the little black girls in the show are mixed, while the boys are much darker. However in the cartoons it’s the opposite. The girls are always dark brown with short lumpy or press looking hair, except for Penny Proud and Jasmine from the Boondocks

          • My 2 sense... says:

cartoon n reality are different…i mean cartoon shape the minds of children for the most part…but im sure reality is of greater impact…

          • fuzzybear says:

Well hello there, hope your enjoying your holiday.Anyhow,I think I have to disagree with you on this. Most kids I’ve seen don’t deal with reality,t.v. and videos games rule. Most don’t see or notice any kind of subtle racism. Here is an example,I took my niece to buy herself a birthday gift, she pick a mexican looking doll.I asked her why not the black doll, now granted my niece is light and the doll did look closer to her. However that’s not why she didn’t want the black one.She said it was because the black one wasn’t pretty. To me it looked just like the other doll, except for the dark skin and different hair,it’s the one she saw on t.v..Now the reality is she saw nothing wrong with what she said. Now she saw the look on my face, and assumed I was mad but she didn’t know why.BTW,I wasn’t mad just surprised. Now what I’m saying is kids live and breathe t.v. Also believe what they see on t.v. At least I did,I didn’t know we did all these things in the past.I believed those things I saw on t.v and reality did nothing to change it.But wait maybe it’s where you grew up at.Because in different places, you go through different things.I say this because some of things that I’ve read on this site and others,I don’t understand. How the light skin treated the dark skin,or black kids didn’t like me because I mixed etc etc.But I have seen at least on here ,how some mixed bloods get carry away.Saying their better because their mixed.Let me stop, I know your sick of reading this
