Look, there are millions of pure blooded Brits and Irish and Dutch etc who just happen to have dark hair and eyes. It’s really not that uncommon.
Not all Southern Europeans are dark either. In fact none of them are dark except as perceived from a northern European perspective. Sure, if you’re a Swede, Southern Europeans are in general comparatively dark (there are full blooded Swedes with dark hair and eyes btw), but they’re pale relative to just about anywhere else.
The people on this site have very rigidly stereotyped and ill-informed ideas about the normal variation in phenotype in homogenous populations.
Guess what? Some full-blooded Englishmen just happen to have dark hair and eyes. Some full-blooded Spaniards are pale and blonde.
