Rafael is the son of Ana María Parera and Sebastián Nadal Homar, who owns an insurance company, the glass and window company Vidres Mallorca, and the restaurant Sa Punta. His uncle, Miguel Ángel Nadal, is a professional footballer, who played for Barcelona and internationally represented Spain. He speaks Spanish and Mallorquín, a dialect of Catalan.

Rafael is married to María Francisca (Mery) Perelló Pascual, with whom he has a son.

Rafael’s paternal grandfather is named Rafael Nadal. Rafael was a musician.

Rafael’s paternal grandmother is named Isabel “Bel” Homar Sureda. Isabel was born in Manacor.

    Classic spaniard, pic a little misleading, but you got the overall idea, people that say he looks middle eastern or north african never really saw a middle eastern or north african person. Taylor Lautner looks just as “dark” than him and everyone believes he is just northwestern european…

    The Nadal side are Spanish I’ve seen his father, uncles, cousins, and Nadal grandparents and none of them he resembles. He inherited that unique facial features, mousy button nose look from his mother side. Not much is known from mom side but her surname spelling Perera is Portuguese in origin opening a lot of doors for Rafa’s other half being Other than Spanish…
