Mark Rendall is a Canadian actor. His roles include the films The Impossible Elephant, The Interrogation of Michael Crowe, Blizzard, Childstar, Spirit Bear: The Simon Jackson Story, Silk (2007), 30 Days of Night, Charlie Bartlett, Victoria Day, The Exploding Girl, My One and Only, Year of the Carnivore, Algonquin, The History of Love, Shimmer Lake, We Forgot to Break Up, and Stockholm (2018), the series Tales from the Neverending Story, ReGenesis, Versailles, Dead Still, and, in voice performance, Arthur, The Save-Ums!, King, Time Warp Trio, Wayside, and Jane and the Dragon; and the made-for-tv movies The Scream Team and The Winning Season (2004).

His brother David Rendall is also an actor.

Mark’s paternal grandfather was Carol/Carl Rendall/Rendel (the son of Sigmund Rendel and Lotti/Lotte Hochmann). Carol was born in Falticeni, Suceava, Romania. Sigmund was born in Boyan, the son of Josef Rendel and Rosa.

Mark’s paternal grandmother was Sally/Sali Rosenberg (the daughter of Hershel/Hersh Benjumin/Benyumin Laufer-Rosenberg and Berta Perl Kurtz). Sally was born in Czernowitz, Romania.

Mark’s maternal grandfather was Robert Mitchell “Bob” Mann Sachs (the son of Mitchell/Mikail Mann Sachs and May Ethel Rose Scully). Robert was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mark’s great-grandfather Mitchell was born in Krotingen, Lithuania, the son of Mann Sachs and Anieta/Chireta Deerben. May was the daughter of Robert Scully and Rose Ward.

Mark’s maternal grandmother is the daughter of Russell Thomas Simpson and Eleanor Forrest O’Neil. Russell was the son of Thomas Simpson and Mary Johnston. Eleanor was the daughter of Erlan Albert O’Neil and Eleanor Irene “Nell” Forrest.
