Jon Bellion is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is the son of Judy and William Bellion.
He has roots in Naples, Italy.
Jon’s paternal grandfather possibly was William J. Bellion (the son of John Bellion and Lucy). William was born in New York. John was born in New York, to a New York-born father and an Italian mother. Lucy was Italian.
Jon’s paternal grandmother was named Nancy Theresa.

Any more info about his other ancestry? Or he just has Italian roots.
I haven’t looked into him in a while, so don’t know.
Nancy’s middle name was Theresa (she is, by the way, his grandmother, it’s only his grandfather uncertain of). She is deceased since a month after I submitted this profile, but the obituary isn’t very helpful.

I sort of guessed his grandfather based on the fact that his father is called William Bellion Jr. But he has stated that he has Italian ancestry, so no matter what, we can be certain on that part of his ancestry.
Yes, Jon himself has said he’s Italian. The rest is kind of a mystery, unless he’s just Italian.
In addition to his Italian ancestry, he also has Irish and French Canadian possibly. Jon’s great-grandmother Anna J. (Harvey) Bellion was from Newfoundland, Canada.

You’re gonna have to explain a little here. According to the trail I followed, Jon’s great-grandmother Bellion was named Lucy, and she was Italian. Did you find a different source? I’m not completely certain on what I found myself, so that would be welcomed.
I believe that Anna is from his William’s side. I have found another census with the same name. But same relative Gertrude Bellion as the other one here: It says Anna Bellion was born in Canada also here. https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MJR7-YQ9
If John died in 1928, why does he appear on the 1930 U.S. Census?
I don’t know, maybe the years might be off. But I was putting what I found..
That’s why I said possibly
correction: In addition to his Italian ancestry, he also has Irish and possibly French Canadian. Jon’s great-grandmother Anna J. (Harvey) Bellion was from Newfoundland, Canada.

“Bellion” is an Welsh surname as well, so it’s possibly that he has some Welsh ancestry as well.
