high cheekbones is really common in western europe, it also is a sign of maturity meaning for women they are old enough for reproduction and on men it means they have high levels of testosterone.. it doesn’t have much to do with ethnicity because it’s such a diverse trait, Asians, Europeans and Africans all have them.
