Angela Yee has Afro-West Indian ancestry from the island of Montserrat. Her mothers family are Montserratian.

There are Chinese people in the West Indies, you know. At least in Jamaica there are. It is possible for her to be African/Chinese and from the Caribbean. It says she’s Montserratian, but that’s nothing more than a nationality.
