Mac Danzig is an American mixed martial artist. He competed as a lightweight in MMA promotions, including the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and won The Ultimate Fighter season 6.

Mac was raised in the Pittsburgh area. He has a strict vegan diet, and is an animal rights activist. He is married to MMA fighter Angela Hancock/Angela Danzig, with whom he has two children.
