Shoshana’s paternal grandfather was Milton Bean (the son of Earl Bean and Tillie/Tellie Josephson). Milton was born in Washington, to a Lithuanian Jewish father and a Russian Jewish mother. Earl was the son of Jacob Bean, or of Zalman Boon Bean and Ruche Malia Mollly.
