I searched his surname, and although it is a Norman name, House of Names says it’s an English surname.. Tbh, I’ve never heard of anyone claiming ‘Norman French’ as their ethncity before, including myself.
The site doesn’t say that Norman French is an ethnicity, it just says that his surname is Norman French in origin.
