Yes you’re right,some groups have mixed over the generations,but are not at the same level of mixture that you are.There are 80-100 different groups in Ethiopia,and only a couple of them have mixture.The rest do have Arab and Turkish influence,but test say they are majority African

True, African Americans all have some (relatively minimal) European ancestry. But that doesn’t mean all of the light features that some of them have comes from that. Africa has a lot of diversity, and especially so in terms of skin tones.
Does that minimal Euro admixture mean they have to identify as European or white? No, it doesn’t. Does that mean they have to acknowledge it? No, it doesn’t. Most of that admixture was absorbed way back in the Colonial times anyway. Keri identifies as black/African American, and that’s what she is.

Yeah but being light doesn’t mean you have more white than black in you at all. Both my paternal grandma and maternal aunt have light skin and they’re parents look very Afrocentric very dark skinned. Light black people are the same as dark skinned black people in America you can say we’ve got say a quarter at the most of mixture but we ethnically aren’t any different from our literal dark skinned brothers and sisters. Light skin is imbedded in dark skinned people’s genes at times so it may not show up for generations but when it does genetically they’re no less black for it. Because even if it was because of a white ancestor that could be as low as 10% by that time. You know genes work? You don’t have to be half white to be light skinned that’s false.

There is a such thing as a light skinned Black person.
Black people are only darker because they have a lot of melanin. That’s what gives them their color. But not all black people are born with a lot of melanin so some of them looked mixed. I have a full black friend who looks biracial.
Just because a black person is lighter than the “average” black person, doesn’t mean they have to have european in them. It’s all based on the amount of melanin they have.

Ok I assume you mean the negroid phenotype.I have to admit,that is the most common.However since you used the word (typical),that means you know it’s not the only one over here.The negroid phenotype is not the only one in Africa.There’s the Caucasoid,and Mongoloid phenotype in Africa.Also from my studies,there are a number of African affiliations,who have a combination of these traits.AA’s are also known to have a combination of these traits.So her features,are by no means uncommon here
