        I don’t know where you get that from but I’m black and I know everyone isn’t black. However if you knew the history of the Carribean islands and South American it would give you more insight inot JLo’s ancestry. She is of African, European, and Native American ancestry like most Puerto Ricans there is no such thing as a race called “Puerto Rican” the island is the product of Native Americans, Africans, and Europeans mixing a matching you can be Puerto Rican and be 100% Black, 100% Native American, or 100% however 95% are a mix of the three.

        • rafael says:

          well lets see i am puerto rican,so you cant tell me the history of puerto rico,95% mixed is bs look into the royal decree of garces 1815 and learn the truth about puerto rico,not just the way you think it is

          @Afro_Nerd5,

          Rafael is totally right about you needing to learn more about our culture before you share your ignorance. First off the natives of Borikén are not called Native American because the island was not part of the Americas when occupied by it’s indigenous people. The natives to that region were the Taino, Arawak, and Caribs tribes, hence the name Caribbean Islands.

          Amerindians are the indigenous peoples of the Americas are the pre-Columbian inhabitants of North and South America, their descendants and other ethnic groups who are identified with those peoples. But better books and educate yourself before you try to speak on out behalf.

    If that’s really Jennifer Lopez when she was younger, then I’d say she was definitely indigenous, white, and African…majority of her bloodline probably being European. It’s not a huge deal. I know he’s Venezuelan (and a man) , but she has similar features to Hugo Chavez and I’m almost positive that he’s is part African like Jennifer. It’s not a huge deal lol.
