He is married to actress Jocelyn Hudon.

Jake’s paternal grandfather was John Edward Manley (the son of John Joseph Manley and Marguerite Agnes McDonald). Jake’s grandfather John was born in St. Catharines, Niagara, Ontario. Jake’s great-grandfather John was the son of John J. Manley and Elizabeth Moran. Marguerite was the daughter of James McDonald/MacDonald and Sarah Honsinger.

Jake’s paternal grandmother was Marjorie Eleanore Vine (the daughter of Frank Edward Vine and Annie/Anna Laurie/Laura Walker). Marjorie was born in St. Catharines, Niagara, Ontario. Frank was the son of Frank Charles Vine and Luella Catharine/Catherine “Lulu” Hiscott. Annie was the daughter of James Cary Walker and Isabella Lura/Laura Dirksen, who was born in Chautauqua, New York, U.S.
