Ira Losco is a Maltese pop singer. She represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2002, finishing second, and 2016, finishing twelth. She has opened concerts with Elton John, Akon, Maroon 5, Ronan Keating, and others. Her singles, “The Person I Am” and “Me Luv U Long Time,” topped the charts. Ira is an advocate for LGBT rights, and anti-bullying campaigns to help teenagers. In 2008, she was awarded a medal by the President of Malta.

She is married to chef and water polo player Sean Gravina, with whom she has two children.
