Maybe just “Creole, African-American, possibly other” would be more accurate
I think her maternal grandfather is either fully or partially Filipino.
Full seems unlikely, given that his mother’s name is Mildred Maretta Keller.

That last death record is not Brytni’s great-great-grandfather. He was born in 1904, while Brytni’s great-grandfather was born in 1911.
Paul Javier was Filipino himself, I think. This is probably his naturalization record:

Could anyone find Paul Javier or Mildred Maretta Keller on a census? I suspect Mildred wasn’t African-American. At the time of their marriage there were 500 people living in the town in Utah where they got married. I doubt a single one of them were black. And Keller is, I think, a surname not usually carried by African-Americans.
One of their sons has ”White & Filipino ” under race on his marriage certificate.

I think Claudina Gladys Morris was non-Creole African American. She’s from Kansas, and her parents were from Kentucky and Oklahoma.
