At the end she is latin not european anyhow
the surname Mori is Italian. not a Spanish or Basque name. Being from Uruguay, no big deal. Italians are about half of the whole population of this small country
Sorry to burst your bubble, sir, but in her context, Mori (森) is a Japanese surname, which means “Forest” in English. Where does it say anywhere that she’s Italian?
Mori is a common Italian surname, how can be Japanese? It means “brunette”. Uruguay is like Argentina, a Spanish speaking country where actually more than 50% of population has Italian roots
uh it can be Japanese because it’s also Japanese? what the hell kind of a question is that?

I just discovered Mori can be Japanese too.
Barbara Mori is 1/4 Japanese at most btw
Mori is a japanese surname.Barbara looks part japanese and a multiracial woman. However she can pass for a exotic italian, she looks a bit like the ex-girlfriend of Mario Balotelli,Raffaela Fico.
i thought this site only featured famous people? she’s a nobody
Well, Bárbara Mori is famous in Mexico and much of Latin America for the 2004 Mexican telenovela (Latin television soap opera) series “Rubí” and the 2005 Mexican movie “La mujer de mi hermano” (“My Brother’s Wife”; in India, it is known as “A Beautiful Wife” in English and “Spanish Beauty” in Hindi), and in India for starring with Indian actor Hrithik Roshan in the much publicized 2010 Bollywood film “Kites.”
Add the populations of Latin America and India together, and one gets well over a billion people.
Mori has not crossed over into doing Hollywood films – like Mexican-born, naturalized American citizen Salma Hayek has – so she is not really familiar to the general American public.
So she’s like a quarter Japanese??
well, thats what it says
As I have documented here on EthniCelebs and elsewhere – and there are many sources in English and in Spanish which say so – Bárbara Mori is part (one quarter) Japanese.
