I’m some 90% sure these are his maternal grandparents:

That would make his mother German and English.

Anthony/Anthony Bruno was born in Sant’Agata (in Sicily or Calabria), to Joseph Bruno.
Clara Lo Presti’s parents were born in Stagita, Italy. This place name does not exist (it could be “Segesta”)
Stagita could also be Sant’Agata (if it was spelled as St. Agata, it could easily be mistranscribed).
I actually came across Sant Agata in my research, but couldn’t be sure if it was right, so I omitted it from the article.
St. Agata -> Stagita could be an option. There are two Sant’Agatas, one in Sicily (Sant’Agata di Militello) and another one in Calabria.
