Robin Tunney is an American actress. She is known for starring in the film The Craft and the series The Mentalist, among other roles.

She is the daughter of Cathy and Patrick Tunney. Her father is an Irish emigrant, from Straide, County Mayo. Her mother is the daughter of Irish parents, from Clare Island. Her cousin is politician Tom Tunney, who has been Vice Mayor of Chicago, since May 20, 2019. She is also said to be the aunt of Olympic runner Alexi Pappas.

Robin has two children with her fiancé, interior designer Nicky Marmet.
