Mickie James is an American professional wrestler, country singer, actress, and model. She is signed to Impact Wrestling, and has also been part of WWE and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). She is also known as Alexis Laree, Princess Alexis, and Vicki Adams.

Mickie is the daughter of Sandra, a teacher and real estate agent, and Stuart James, a landscaper and VAIL League Division 3 Championship coach. She is married to English professional wrestler Magnus/Nick Aldis, with whom she has a son.

Mickie’s paternal grandfather was Milton Treadfield James (the son of George A. James and Callie/Hallie Lewis Marshall). Milton was born in Virginia.

Mickie’s paternal grandmother was Virgin Mary Martin (the daughter of Wren Christian “Ren” Martin and Maggie Lee Jordan). Virginia was born in Virginia.
