He has married Miss Turkey 2014. President Erdogan was his best man. In fact, the 92 times Germany-capped Mesut Ozil has broken all the ties to his country of birth after the dissappointing 2018 FIFA WC: in short he claimed “when we win I am German, when we lose I am Turkish”.

He’s a mongoloid type of Turk (who came from the East). He’s not a Mediterranean/Caucasian Turk. A

His soccer mate, Benzema, who is Berber/Algerian, looks more quintessentially Turkish than he does.

  3. Gurrl says:

He himself claims to be of ethnic Turkish descent-not Kurdish.
Some people make rumors he is Kurdish because he made the decision to play for Germany instead of Turkey. His family has been living in Germany for generations.

He’s not ethnically Kurdish…Some people think he’s Kurdish because he refused to play for the Turkish team, he preferred to play for the German team…So some think he’s a traitor so he can’t be Turkish..
Actually, he is of Turkish descent.

    So ugly.

Anyways could pass as an ethnic German from South Germany.
