Additional information: Maternal grandmother was Ruth Weissman (1922-2010) New York, the daughter of Nathan Weissman (1894) New York and Bertha Liebowitz (1900-1961), who was Hungarian Jewish. Bertha was the daughter of Romanian Jewish parents Anton Liebowitz and Hannah Helen Liebowitz.

Most “Russian Jews” with the surname Litwack are actually from the country Lithuania, which was part of the Russian Empire back then (and then the USSR).

You could safely claim that Kat Dennings is of Lithuanian-Jewish descent, or at least her paternal grandfather.
